Disc is mostly clean with only a few superficial surface scuffs plus I can also identify 3 isolated pressing dots. Two inaudible, the other is a tiny bump that luckily falls between track marker 1-2 Side A. It only ticks for a few rotations in the dead space. Overall the disc plays EX. Sleeve front is nice, light foxing/small pen mark on rear. Lower seem has some wear/5″ split that has been neatly repaired internally. The sleeve is dished which could be flattened if desired.
